At Apprenticeship Parenting we believe that every child is, first and foremost, a child of God. We believe that God is there beside you as you parent, and that Godly parenting does not contradict good science but affirms it. Believing this to be true ought to bring affirmation and confidence--you are not alone as you parent and you do not have to choose between God and science.

In our view, revealed truth (what we know by investigation) ought to reflect spiritual truth (what we know by faith). Apprenticeship Parenting looks to science for revealed truth and to the Judeo-Christian scriptures for spiritual truths. We are dedicated to investigating the spiritual truths which appear to underlie the scientific truths discussed elsewhere on this website.
